Proactive Project Management

Our project management begins from Day 0. Our capable project managers (referred to as PMs) engage clients to plan matter deployments taking into account the complexity of the data set, requirements for handling embedded objects, encrypted files, password protected files, and other anomalies. Members of the Client Development group, many of whom are ex-litigators from top law firms are available for consulting on issues related to the contemporary practice of eDiscovery law and advise on potential trouble spots. As a team that's done the eDiscovery drill more than 750 times over, our clients find their insight invaluable.

Ongoing Project Management

We hold regular project management consultations during the course of a matter to ensure that data processing, workflow and production schedules are achieved, and that clients’ requests and timetables are satisfied.

Planning and design meetings with clients examine issues and challenges relating to data, workflow, and schedules to identify risks, devise matter strategy and set expectations.

Stringent Quality Checks & Auditing

Stratify's processes include multi-level processing quality checks (QC) and ongoing exception reporting ensure that no data is unaccounted for and exceptions are reported and handled appropriately.

Media auditing routinely and systematically tracks data by item and file extension to ensure that documents are not inadvertently culled or filtered out of the universe of review documents.

We don't take productions lightly. Although production slip ups don't make it to the evening news, they at at best embarrassing and at worst expensive with sanctions and fines imposed by the judiciary.

Regular production planning meetings ensure that production requirements and schedules are communicated and met on time.

Multi-level production (native file or TIFF) QC procedures obviate inadvertent productions that could lead to waiver of privilege by ensuring that productions are accurate and of the highest quality.
